North Geelong Warriors bounced back from their draw last week at Pascoe Vale to upset promotion pushers Southern Stars at Kingston Health Soccer Complex. The victory pushed the Warriors out to 20 points, seven better than last placed Preston.
This match was very evenly balanced throughout the ninety minutes, for a game in which four goals were scored, both keepers did a pretty good job.
North Geelong Warriors, fresh from the victory over Sunshine, face a tough Preston.
Friday night clashes at Elcho Park are fast becoming the tricky trips down town.
