Western Suburbs came back to winning ways away from home beating North Geelong Warriors in a thrilling encounter at Elcho Park.
“The result could have gone either way, very even and entertaining game,” North Geelong Manager Ante Skoko told Goal Weekly of yesterday’s game.
North Geelong Warriors bounced back from their draw last week at Pascoe Vale to upset promotion pushers Southern Stars at Kingston Health Soccer Complex. The victory pushed the Warriors out to 20 points, seven better than last placed Preston.
This match was very evenly balanced throughout the ninety minutes, for a game in which four goals were scored, both keepers did a pretty good job.
