03-09-2010: SSF Presentation Night
All our Small Sided Football kids, family and friends are invited along to join in the presentation night.
Date: Friday the 3rd of September @ Elcho Park from 5pm – 7.30pm
Each player will receive a roll, drink, packet of chips and their trophy. Basic food and drink will be available to purchase for others on the night. The bar will also be open.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to make this night happen.
The kitchen will need approximately 4 -5 parents per hour commencing at 4.15 pm and finishing @ 7.30 pm.
Timeslots to be covered:
4.15 pm – 5.15pm 4 – 5 people
5.15 pm – 6.15pm 4 -5 people
6.15 pm – 7.15pm 4 – 5 people
7.15 pm – Clean up 4 -5 people
16 – 20 volunteers in total.

Presentation times will be as follows:
5.15 pm Under 7’s
6pm Under 9’s
6.45pm Under 11’s
