For all members and prospective committee members, we will be sending a mail out to invite you to our AGM to wrap up the season, go over any important issues that require member notices, financial reports and prospective projects.
Also required are individuals willing to work in a team for a common goal for the club’s committee. The offices of President, Treasurer and Secretary are being vacated and require to be filled on the occasion.
Date: Wednesday October 20th 2010 Time: 6:30 pm
As always after every AGM we sit down for a meal like a family does and celebrate another year together.
